Barcelona FC will face Paris SG on December 10 at the Camp Nou Stadium in Barcelona, Spain.

Barcelona FC manager Luis Enrique recently revealed his team's strategy versus PSG despite the absence of full-back Dani Alves in the upcoming home game on Wednesday afternoon.

"I don't know if it is the best moment to play PSG, but it is certainly a good one. We are playing a rival which has made things difficult for us with their quality, so the clash with PSG is a wonderful, perfect match," said Enrique to reporters.

"We know that any winning result works for us, and we are going to fight the same way that we have since the beginning of the season."

Previously, Barcelona crushed Apoel Nicosia by a final score of 4-0 on November 25, highlighted by striker Luis Suarez scoring his first goal for the aforementioned Spanish side.

Now, Barcelona is hoping their defense can contain PSG's explosive star player Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the rest of the formidable French squad in the forthcoming match.

"We are talking about a top player. If he is at his normal level he is very difficult to stop. I always like to transmit to the team the idea that we defend as a unit. If we manage to work collectively and work in a block and pressure well then the ball won't get through to Ibra. And if the ball doesn't get through to Ibra then his effectiveness is reduced," said Enrique to reporters.

"But as he showed against Ajax at any moment he is capable of scoring and of deciding a match."

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain is looking to defeat Barcelona when they invade Camp Nou this Wednesday.

"We're happy to have won [against Nantes], but we will need to improve to get a win against Barcelona," said PSG manager Laurent Blanc to reporters.

Paris Saint-Germain previously defeated Ajax by a final score of 3-1 on November 25.
