The Baltimore Ravens battles the Houston Texans on December 21 at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.

The Ravens (9-5) looks to extend their current winning streak to three games after when they face the Texans this Sunday.

Previously, Baltimore defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars by a score of 20-12 on December 14 where Ravens QB Joe Flaccio went 20-30 for 221 yards with a touchdown pass in the victory.

"I'm excited about our team. I like where we're at," said Ravens head coach John Harbaugh to reporters.

"I think we're getting stronger and I also think there's room for improvement, which gives me a lot of encouragement and excitement. We've yet to play our best game, by far. Our best game is out there yet."

Meanwhile, the Texans (7-7) are looking to upset the Ravens in their forthcoming game in the "Lone Star State," as Houston attempts to avoid a possible two game losing streak at home.

The Texans recently lost to their AFC South foes the Indianapolis Colts by a score of 17-10 (this past Sunday), where QB Ryan Fitzpatrick suffered a season-ending injury (torn pectoral muscle).

"I felt for him because he knew right away that it was injured," said Texans head coach Bill O'Brien to reporters.

Texas center Chris Myers echoed his head coach's sentiments regarding Ryan Mallett replacing Fitzpatrick as the new starting quarterback for the remainder of the season.

"It's the nature of the game, nature of the beast. It's something that around here we've been through in the past," said Myers to reporters.

"We've just got to move on and it's next man up. That's the way it is at every position and unfortunately this year it's been at the quarterback position."
