‘Back to Bed’ Release Date, News: Game Launches on All Playstation Consoles this Summer [VIDEO]
Initially released for mobile platforms and PC in 2014, the surreal puzzler 'Back to Bed' will be released for all Sony consoles this summer. The game will be released for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita via PSN Store. Meanwhile, publisher LOOT Interactive and developer Bedtime Digital will showcase the game at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), scheduled in Los Angeles in June 2015.
According to IB Times, the concept of the game is as unreal as its visuals. In this game, players require guiding a sleepwalker named Bob to the safety of his bed after avoiding several dangerous hazards as well as difficulties in the process. In order to achieve this, players need to control Bob's subconscious, dubbed as Subob, who should rearrange objects and guide Bob to safety.
The surreal graphics that appear to reproduce the ludicrousness of paintings by Rene Margritte are some of the major appeals of this game. Siliconera states that fans will come across hats with wings, windows with eyes, alarm clocks having legs and giant green apples in this dominion that may possibly even give "Wonderland" a run for its money, with regards to wild visuals.
