‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ News: New Trailer Showcases Ultron's Threat Against The Avengers [VIDEO]

Even as May 1, the premiere date of 'Avengers: Age of Ultron,' draws nearer, Marvel has just released another trailer of the upcoming superhero film based on Marvel Comics, with a view to whet the appetite of the fans. Apart from be action-packed, the new trailer shows an alarming threat from the main antagonist Ultron, portrayed by James Spader.

In the video clip, the audience can see Ultron asking, "The Avengers ... How can you possibly stop me," while other robots shatter the streets. According to IB Times, this is a difficult question, which the superheroes will need to answer.

For those who still do not know the plot of the 'Avengers: Age of Ultron,' Ultron is a "self-aware, self-teaching, artificial intelligence" created by Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), who wanted Ultron to be a "peacekeeping program" following the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D. Nevertheless, his plan goes wrong when Ultron start thinking for himself and discovers that humans are his main threat. Eventually, Ultron forms his own army to wipe out humans from Earth.

In another scene of the trailer, Ultron is seen saying "Alright," waving on his army. "It's time for some fun."

Fans can also see Iron Man in action with Captain America (Chris Evans), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) in action, as they try to prevent yet another hazard. However, the trailer suggests that in addition to the robots, the Marvel superheroes will also be required to deal with other problems in the upcoming movie.

An action sequence in the latest video clip shows the Marvel superheroes along with newcomers Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) combating men in army gear in the snow covered woods.

'Avengers: Age of Ultron' hits theaters on May 1.
