'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Trailer News: New Clip Shows Iron Man in an Action-Packed Fight Scene
For Avengers fans, this week has been quite an exciting one, because the release date for the next film in the franchise, Avengers: Age of Ultron, is drawing near.
Robert Downey Jr. and other members of the movie's cast have been releasing clips of the new film, since their acceptance of the Generation Award on MTV.
The latest clip has been released from a live stream of the movie's red carpet premiere. According to Cinema Blend, those who watched the event live online were given a sneak peek of a new action packed clip from the movie.
In the clip, the film's main antagonist, Ultron, played by James Spader, and the Maximoff twins, Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Quicksilver, played by Aaron Taylor Johnson, are having a discussion.
In the clip, the twins appear to be working along with Ultron, but fans know that they will eventually join the Avengers' team. Ultron explains to the group that he does not want to be compared to Tony Stark and why.
Meanwhile, he is interrupted by Iron Man himself, played by Robert Downey Jr., along with Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Captain America, who is portrayed by Chris Evans.
After some brief verbal attacks, Ultron uses a new weapon which causes a magnetic pull to draw Iron Man away from the others. Then, robotic drones attack Thor and Captain America, with the help of the Maximoff twins.
Apparently, Black Widow and Hawkeye, portrayed by Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner respectively, are in the scene as well, though they do not play a big part.
This clip confirms the fact that Ultron's plans involve collecting vibranium which is the metal that is used to make Captain America's shield, which is almost indestructible.
