Taiwanese tech giant ASUS revealed its plants to launch a new lineup of mobile devices, counting the ZenFone Selfie, ZenFone Max and ZenPad tablet, at its recently concluded ZenFestival event held in India. ASUS also unveiled another device dubbed ZenFone 2 Delux, which is expected to be released later this month, on the occasion.

A report in Chirstian Today states that the specifications of the ZenFone 2 Deluxe include a polygonal finish and features a quick charging technology called the ASUS BoostMaster. A press release issued by the company claims that the new smartphone can be charged up to 60 percent in only 39 minutes employing the ASUS BoostMaster.

In addition, the ZenFone 2 Deluxe comes with a 5.5-inch screen display rendering a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution. GSM Arena reports that the screen of the device is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device runs on the Android Lollipop operating system (OS) and sports a 13-megapixel rear camera alongside a 5-megapixel camera on the front.

In the software department, the ZenFone 2 Deluxe is equipped with either an Intel Atom Z3580 or Intel Atom Z3560 processor, a 4GB RAM, and either a 64GB or a massive 128GB built-in memory storage.

In addition, the new ZenFone 2 Deluxe packs a whopping 3,000 mAh battery unit. GSM Arena further reports that the device is available in two color options - white and purple.

The ASUS press release further stated that compared to the ZenFone Max, the upcoming ZenFone 2 Deluxe has been designed to "see the crystal miracle," while the ZenFone Max was designed to "see for longer." Different from current smartphones in the market, the ZenFone Max packs a massive 5,000 mAh battery.

Other new products unveiled by the Taiwanese tech company at the ZenFestival include the ZenPad tablet and the ZenFone Laser 2. It is expected that the ZenPad tablet will come in two different sizes, while the ZenFone Laser 2 is likely to be available in three different versions.
