It is definitely good to know that former step father and daughter are still in a good place despite the split of Ashton Kutcher and ex-wife Demi Moore. Kutcher just recently applauded his former step-daughter Rumer Willis, daughter of Moore with Bruce Willis for speaking out about bullying and Body image.

Rumer, known to be a famous daughter of two famous Hollywood actors is rapidly making a name for herself not only by her looks and her phenomenal dancing skills after winning the recent season of 'Dancing With The Stars' with pro dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy, Rumer also apparently has her own way to reach out.

Rumer previously wrote an essay about body image and bullying for Glamour magazine and Kutcher just happened to be quite proud of her posting a message on his Facebook. "It's amazing that you're telling your story and speaking up for other women," Kutcher wrote even mentioning a link to Rumer's essay featured on her website.

Kutcher continued to share how impressed he was for Rumer in one of his comments responding to one fan. "It's an amazing thing to see!" He wrote adding, "It's such an empowering thing to see a woman standing up for other women and young girls. She's going against the grain and that's exactly what needs to be done. She's helping other girls realize that they don't need validation from others- they are their own beautiful, with their own confidence."

In the essay, Rumer was very open about how she experienced bullying in the past and being very conscious about her body. "What it comes down to is this: We all need to stop bullying ourselves and being cruel to other women," she writes. "Attacking one another instead of supporting one another has become the norm. Life's hard enough as it is. Let's find strength in the fact that we're different and unique."
