Production on the fourth season of the CW's popular superhero drama series, Arrow, has not begun as yet, but according to reports, one person from Oliver Queen's team may be the reason for his return to Starling City.

Season 3 ended with a scene in which Ollie, played by Stephen Amell, and Felicity Smoak, portrayed by Emily Beckett Rickards, was cruising on the street away from his city.

Fans may have come to the conclusion that Arrow's mission in Starling is completed, especially after he defeated Ra's Al Ghul in a duel.

However, things just will not be the same without him in Starling City, so there have been speculations about what might bring him back.

Amell had some recent interaction on social media with his fans during his time on the set filming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2.

In the film, he plays a live action rendition of Casey Jones. The actor shared a Twitter post, which reads, "What's wrong Speedy?"

The public took this bit of information as a sign that highlights an issue with Thea.

Speedy is the name that Thea Queen, played by Willa Holland, took when she went under the hood. It could be that Thea assumed the responsibility of keeping the peace in Starling City, but without the help of Arrow, she is helpless.

TV Line's take on this tidbit is that it could be an effect of the Lazarus Pit waters, which would be beginning to show changes in her now.

Oliver brought her back to life by dipping her in the mythical pit.
