Brie Larvan eyed Felicity in "Arrow" season 4 episode 17 while Malcom moves his foot forward in episode 18.

"Arrow" season 4 episode 17 is entitled "Beacon of Hope." According to Spoilers Guide, Larvan, also known as the bug-eyed bandit, managed to escape from jail and went to Palmer Tech, threatening that he would kill everyone except if she got the microchip that was implanted in Felicity's spine.

As per TV Line, Felicity also tried to look for a way to have her miracle implant useable to others, but Larvan wanted to have it. The bug-eyed bandit summoned her cyborg bees on Felicity while Donna and Thea had Curtis look for Oliver.

Episode 17 also saw Brie tell Felicity that the former had a tumor, leading the latter to hand over her specs. However, Brie caused more chaos when she found out that Felicity was the hacker leading to her imprisonment. Moreover, Oliver found out that Felicity, Donna, and Thea were all trapped in Palmer Tech with other people, so he searched for another ally to help the team do their mission.

Malcolm is set to make his move in "Arrow" season 4 episode 18, which is entitled "Eleven-Fifty-Nine." According to Spoilers Guide, Oliver and Diggle are set to know that Merlyn is going to make an attempt to help Darhk escape from prison. As per the publication, the episode is also set to see Laurel get an exciting proposal while Felicity is set to have a one-one-one conversation with Curtis.

"Arrow" season 4 episode 17, "Beacon of Hope," aired on Mar. 30 while episode 18, ""Eleven-Fifty-Nine" is set to air on Apr. 6.
