Fans of 'Arrow' will see more characters when the television drama returns with Season 3 Episode 14 titled 'The Return' on Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 8.00 pm ET on The CW.

In the last episode of 'Arrow,' viewers saw Sara Lance, who endured a shocking and premature death earlier on in Season 3, making a special appearance in the series. Moreover, viewers also saw Thea and Oliver returning to Lian Yu to start training in preparation for Ra's al Ghul's attack.

Latin Post reports that in the upcoming episode of the show, viewers will see Cynthia Addai-Robinson returning to the series as Amanda Waller. In addition, the late Tommy Merlyn as well as Slade "Deathstroke" Wilson will also be brought back. This episode, appropriately titled 'The Return,' will see Slade using the arrival of Oliver and Thea's arrival at Lian Yu as a way to flee the underground bunker, where he has been held captive.

Cinema Blend published some preview photos of 'The Return,' which reveal that Thea will not be merciful when she encounters Slade, who killed her mother. However, apparently Oliver will try to prevent his sister from killing Slade to avenge the death of their mother.

Elsewhere, Tommy Merlyn, Thea's deceased half-brother and Oliver's friend, will be shown in a flashback, while Oliver and Maseo return to Starling City to recover the Omega bio weapon.

It has also been divulged that Amanda Waller brings back Oliver and Maseo to Starling City by Amanda Waller with a view to try and locate China White. In the meantime, Oliver is successful in sending a message to his family, together with Laurel and Tommy.

Meanwhile, Screen Crush has published the official synopsis of 'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 14 and it reads,

"Malcolm (John Barrowman) puts Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Thea (Willa Holland) in a dangerous situation that lands them on Lian Yu with Oliver's former enemy, Deathstroke (guest star Manu Bennett). A flashback reveals when Oliver and Maseo (guest star Karl Yune) returned to Starling City to retrieve the Omega bio weapon, and despite being under strict orders from Amanda Waller (guest star Cynthia Addai-Robinson) not to reveal himself to anyone, Oliver looks in on his family, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Tommy (guest star Colin Donnell)."
