'Ark: Survival Evolved' Update: Game Set To Run At 720p, Patch v739 Adds New Dinosaurs
Studio Wildcard's "Ark: Survival Evolved" is set to showcase high-definition visuals, as per reports. Also, details on the release date of Patch v739 have surfaced.
Game developer Jeremy Stieglitz confirmed that the players will be able to play the game in high quality visuals. On Aug 29, he wrote on his official Twitter account that he was happy to say that the week's Xbox update included full 720p 3D rendering and 1080p UI. He added that Thursday was going to be crazy and sleep would be a memory.
With Stieglitz's statement, game enthusiasts expressed their positive feedback. On Aug. 29, Jat (@jatstweeter) tweeted that the game was going to be looking a lot better while RoBo KlUtCh (@RoBoKlUtCh) wrote that that was what he had thought, adding that the studio did a great job on the game and he was loving it.
According to Windows Central, the patch boosts the game's frame rate by 10 percent and integrate some features from the Microsoft Windows version.
To add, Patch v739 is set to add four new creatures and they are the Allosaurus, Archaeoteryx, Pelagornis, and Tapejara. Aside from large dinosaurs, players will also see spiral staircases and grinders in the game.
"Ark: Survival Evolved" is set to be released for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and Linux in December.
