The Wildcats (10-2) will seek to lengthen their current winning streak to five games when they hunt their fellow PAC-12 opponents the Ducks on Friday night.

"If you look back at his [Oregon QB Marcus Mariota] stats, he got a lot of yards and big plays, but we got a couple turnovers. Some of it was great individual effort and some of it was a little bit of luck," said Arizona Rich Rodriguez to reporters in reference to his team's upcoming opponent.

"If you go back to this game or even the game last season, he still got his yards, and he is still going to get his yards and make his plays. I think Marcus has been one of the best quarterbacks in the country since he made his first start."

Previously, Arizona defeated their PAC-12 division adversary the Arizona State Sun Devils by a final score of 42-35 on November 28, where Wildcats QB Anu Solomon went 15-24 for 208 yards with two touchdown passes.

Meanwhile, the Ducks (11-1) are looking to looking to stretch their winning streak to eight games after their latest 47-19 victory versus their PAC-12 North divisional foes the Oregon State Beavers on November 29.

Ducks QB Marcus Mariota knows his upcoming matchup versus the Wildcats will be a hard-fought battle between the two best teams in the PAC-12 Championship game.

"We're just going to play our game. Arizona did a great job setting and dictating tempo in the last meeting," said Mariota to reporters.

"If we go out and execute to the best of our abilities and execute the game plans that are put in front of us, we should hopefully be successful."
