Apple Watch 2 Rumors, Specs, Release Date: Smart Device Set To Be Launched Sooner Than Expected?

Aside from the possibilities of Apple's Watch 2 boosting its production in mid 2016, the smart device is set to be launched sooner than expected, as per recent reports.

The Apple Watch 2 is possible to arrive as soon as the second quarter of 2016, according to DigiTimes (via Techno Buffalo). As per the publication, at the point lies the mass production for the smart watch, allowing it to reach the market earlier than the plotted September release.

According to Expert Reviews UK, Apple's Watch 2 is set to be slightly faster than its predecessor, in addition to its enhanced battery life, boosted Wi-Fi capabilities, and a FaceTime camera for calls. Its appearance is the same to the first-generation Apple Watch, as well as the compatibility with existing bands and accessories. Its display will also stick with the OLED display, just like the original Apple Watch.

Quanta, the sole manufacturer of the second-generation Apple Watch, is set to increase production of the smart watch in the second quarter of the year, according to Mac Rumors. This followed details that Apple Watch 2 had began a trial production this January.

Apple considered possible low-volume output for its second-generation wearable, which is the reason behind Quanta being the only company to produce the forthcoming product line of the Cupertino-based firm.

The Apple Watch 2 stands as a competitor to other function-enhanced wearable, such as Fitbit, which their sales boosted since the holiday to the present. An interim update for the Cupertino-based watch is also expected in March this year, featuring a single or a couple of add-ons like a FaceTime camera and a proper full 2.0 model.

With changes in Apple Watch 2's release, the exact date and specs line-up are yet to be revealed.
