Apple iPhone 7 Specs Rumors, News: Device to Use LCD Screen not OLED?
Though it is still a bit early to be talking about the iPhone 7 while the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and iPhone 6c have yet to debut in September this year, rumors of the device's specs have already been emerging on various tech websites on the Internet.
Just before Apple Watch is up for a preview in nine different countries, Apple Insider got a chance to acquire a investment tidbit from JP Morgan analyst Narci Chang regarding Apple's involvement with Japan Display.
The LCD making company, Japan Display, was Apple's newest partnership venture for the iWatch. They had new wearable take an oLED display. However, the post Apple Insider mentions that Narci Chang believe that this may not be the same case for the high volume line- up,...sticking through with traditional panels through 'iPhone 7'. Japan Display funded $100 million for 5-inch LTPS LCD display panels for the coming years to the Cupertino-based tech giant.
It is also believed that Japan Display's competitor, Innolux owned by Apple's long-term partner Foxconn, had recently invested $2.5 billion with one of Apple's manufacturing plants in Taiwan.
Looking forward to the future of iPhones, rumors have mentioned that iPhone 7 will sport the same aluminum sculpted body but with an A9 processor or above. According to Macworld, the camera may have a two-lens system that would be comparable to high quality images taken by a DSLR camera.
Apple will be releasing three phones in September which includes the iPhone 6c, iPhone 6s Plus and a budget-friendly iPhone 6c. On April 10, Apple will be launching a try-on event for the newest Apple iWatch. An extra special treatment is given to buyers who are interested in getting the luxury version of the iWatch which has an 18 Karat gold watch rim and buckle. Buyers can try in 2 of the luxury watches for 30 minutes.
