Despite the full sized trailer dropping a couple weeks ago, fans still don't seem to know what to expect from Marvel's "Ant-Man" movie.

It will undoubtedly be unlike any Marvel movie we've seen to date, but to what extent? The director, Kevin Feige calls it one of the most emotional Marvel films as of yet, but due to the context of the film and the lighthearted cast, some expect it to lean more on the side of a family comedy.

Judy Greer, the actress who plays Scott Lang's ex-wife, commented on hopping onboard the Marvel cinematic train in an interview with IGN. Before shooting she had no prior knowledge of the Ant-Man comics or much superhero knowledge at all.

She states, "My first day on set for Ant-Man I did an interview and the guy asks me who my favorite superhero was. I said Batman and he goes, 'That's DC'. And then I was like, 'Oh, sorry, Wonder Woman!' and he goes, 'That's DC'. So I called my agent and and literally he overnighted me this huge, beautiful hardcover book about all the Marvel superheroes and was like, 'Some research for you'. So I've been learning about Marvel. But they treat us really well and I really like the risks they're taking with the comedy in their superhero movies kind of starting with Guardians of the Galaxy."

Greer says there was a lot of comedy on set for "Ant-Man" but she doesn't know what exactly made it to the movie.

She goes on to speak on Paul Rudd's character, Scott Lang.

"Paul is so awesome and he's so great in this role," Greer says. "This has been my first comic hero that I've really researched and fallen for. I also think the Ant-Man origin story that we tell in our movie is really beautiful and I think there's something really real about a man trying to better himself for his family."

"Ant-Man" plans to make it's way into theaters in a big way on July 17^th, 2015.
