Fans who are clamoring to see Evangeline Lilly don the Wasp costume at some point can all rest assure thanks to her response in a recent Facebook Q&A.

The 'Ant-Man' actress revealed that she has been fitted for the costume, however due to her pregnancy she hasn't been able to wear it yet.

"Let's hope I fit it again!" She joked.

For those that hope to see her in again in a future Marvel film, she implores those to take it up with Marvel.

"I 'hope' so. Keep bugging Marvel about it!" she stated.

The character was actually reported to have a role in 'Captain America: Civil War,' but she was written out at the last minute.

"Originally, Lilly's debut as the Wasp was originally planned for Captain America: Civil War. But Marvel head Kevin Feige has since confirmed she's been written out. "[T]here are so many characters in Civil War that we didn't want to do her a disservice," he said. But, he added, "it's going to be in Phase Three for sure," cites Slash Film.

It would make sense for her to reappear in an 'Ant-Man' sequel, however that hasn't yet been slated to happen. There is till possibility for here to appear in a number of other Marvel films scheduled for the upcoming years.

"There's also the possibility she'll report for a future Avengers team-up like Infinity War, coming in 2018 and 2019. Less likely, though not impossible, is an appearance in one of the other standalone films planned for the next few years, like Spider-Man or Captain Marvel," writes Slash Film.
