Android is already rolling out its list of HTC and Samsung phones that will get the latest Nougat update.

According to the report, the list of Samsung devices that will get the Android Nougat update are:

- Samsung Galaxy Note 5

- Samsung Galaxy Note 7

- Samsung Galaxy S6

- Samsung Galaxy S6 edge

- Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+

- Samsung Galaxy S7

- Samsung Galaxy S7 edge

The Android Nougat update list is a very big deal to users considering the many goodies that come with the latest OS from Google. For example, users can use two apps simultaneously through the double tap. Then there's also the Vulkan high-performance 3D graphics, which is really good news for gamers.

The Android Nougat also include a program that will drastically improve battery life for devices. Doze is a smart app that will extend battery power by going on a "sleep" mode while you are mobile. Users will also get a lot of opportunity to personalize their devices with a lot of features offered by the Nougat.

Meanwhile, the HTC devices that are included in the Android Nougate update list are the HTC 10 and the HTC One M9. T-Mobile already confirmed the announcement that the two devices will support the new OS.

Android Authority reported that T-Mobile is also expected to include in the Android Nougate update list the newer devices like the LG V10, Sony's Xperia series and LG G5 although there's no confirmation yet from the network provider on this regard.
