Samsung Marshmallow Update: Expected To Release Own Android 6.0 Marshmallow In First Half 2016?

A lot of smartphone and tablet users are still waiting for Samsung to release its own Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The tech giant has been successful in the industry throughout ever since smartphones clicked to the consumers.

Gotta Be Mobile reported that Google has launch their own version of the Marshmallow update and since then, most of the smartphone and tablet manufacturers have followed the path that Google has taken.

It was reported that Samsung had already started to roll out the updates for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge Marshmallow in South Korea, however some have said that the update has been postponed for the mean time.

Sam Mobile reported that the new Android 6.0.1 beta release for Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge will have the a lot of new features. For starter, it will have an additional "quick settings toggles" for Private Mode in the status bar. It will also have "new emoji characters" - It was also reported that the Android 6.0.1 has added 200+ emojis for Nexus users.

The developers have also done a remarkable job in improving the visibility of notification panel icons. There will also be a security feature that - when a user's fingerprint isn't recognized by the device, it will only give a vibration as a feedback.

Last but not the least, a new "'Install overnight' option" will be available so that the device will only install an update between 2 to 5 a.m.

For all those smartphone and tablet users out there who are excited about the Samsung's Marshmallow release, it will most likely be launch within the first half of the year.
