The Anaheim Ducks will face the Ottawa Senators on February 25 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

The Ducks (38-16-7) are looking to extend their winning streak to four games when they defend their home ice versus the Senators on Wednesday night.

Recently, the Ducks defeated the Detroit Red Wings by a final score of 4-3 in a shootout, where Anaheim right winger Jakob Silfverberg scored the game winning goal in the victory on February 23.

"A lot of times this year, you get down two like that and all of a sudden things unravel and you're down three and we're getting mad," said Ducks head coach Bruce Boudreau to reporters.

"We stayed within striking distance of a team that was outplaying us the first two periods."

Meanwhile, the Senators (24-23-10) are looking to extend their current winning streak to three games when they battle the Ducks at the Honda Center.

Previously, Ottawa defeated the Florida Panthers by a final score of 4-1 on February 21, after Senators center Kyle Turris had a goal and two assists in the aforementioned victory.

"It's another step forward," said Senators goalie Andrew Hammond after notching 21 saves in the win.

"We're obviously still a little ways to go for the playoff (spot), but I think the last two games have helped us, and you can't really count yourselves out until you're mathematically eliminated."
