Amy Grant Releases 'Welcome Yourself' Single for Cancer Cure; Performs Song on Today Show [VIDEO]
Popular singer Amy Grant released her new single Tuesday and announced that almost all of the proceeds will go towards helping to find a cure for cancer. She was featured on the 'Today Show' and performed the song to help spread awareness.
Grant's new song "Welcome Yourself" is now available on iTunes and she announced on her Facebook page, "all net proceeds from every purchase will go directly to the American Cancer Society." She clarified that it means 80% of the purchase price is going to help find a cure.
"Please consider joining me to raise awareness and funds for the American Cancer Society by downloading my new song "Welcome Yourself" available at iTunes and Amazon today," Grant wrote, "Together we can make a difference in the fight against breast cancer."
