'American Horror Story' Season 6 Rumors, Spoilers: First Season's Michael Langdon the Anti-Christ?
Roughly two months before its premiere date, much has yet to be confirmed about "American Horror Story" season 6.
Normally, in the past seasons of the series, the theme, cast and character descriptions were already known by this time. However, the creators of the series and the FX network have kept their mouths zipped and have revealed barely anything about the upcoming season of the anthology, except for a cryptic poster with its premiere date.
While the setting and story of the 6th season remain a mystery, theories about what the upcoming season will be all about and how it may be tied to the 1st season have been circulating on various discussion boards.
The "American Horror Story" season 6 poster that was released in June features a 666, which is often associated with the devil. Around the same time, series creator Ryan Murphy also revealed that the next installment will feature "elements of children."
It can be recalled that in season 1, not many main characters made it out alive, but two survivors did form a family of sorts--Constance Langdon and Michael Langdon. Details about the child rascal, Michael--the hooves on his ultrasound, his supernatural roots, and the fact that he murdered his own babysitter---seem to suggest that he might be the Antichrist.
Some speculate that since the season 6 poster implies an Antichrist theme and the involvement of children, it is possible that it is the season when Michael Langdon returns as the Antichrist.
"American Horror Story" season 6 premieres on Sept. 14 on FX.
