‘America’s Got Talent’ 2016 Sneak Peek: Season 11 Filled With Dance, Balancing Acts?
"America's Got Talent" season 11 is set to be filled with a number of spectacular acts, according to recent sneak peek reports.
On Dec. 4, a brief glimpse of the performers' audition in Phoenix, Arizona was released, as per Enstarz. It is noted that those who auditioned for the contest came from different walks of life. A team of young girls did bam hip hop, together with a group of older women who did Hawaiian hula.
Another act featured a young man manipulating some batons that he can balance on his neck while swaying around. The audition also included well-prepared costumes and make-up, along with more juggling and dancing acts.
"America's Got Talent" former contestant Sharon Irving also gave advice to future hopefuls who want to be part of the show's history.
In her interview with Deseret News, Irving said "You don't get a lot of time, so whatever you do, do it well the first time. Give it all you've got." She added that she was pretty eclectic and she tried to put a vintage touch in everything. For Irving, it was a good idea to listen to the production team and accept their advice on what to sing or do or what to wear.
For the time being, Irving is excited to complete her first album "Bennett Ave.," which includes her original songs. It is slated to be released in early 2016.
After the auditions in San Jose on Dec. 8, the next stop would be in San Diego on Jan. 12, 2016.
"America's Got Talent" is set to air in summer 2016 on NBC.
