Amanda Bynes is no stranger to expressing weird behavior on Twitter. If it weren't for the buzz her odd tweets garner on the web, a lot of us would've forgotten about the former child star a long time ago.

Yesterday, April 15^th Amanda posted her strangest video yet. This time Bynes is seen puckering her lips and talking to herself in the mirror. Her Twitter read:

@AmandaBynes: "I'm Sucking On A Sour Patch Kid Listening To Music Getting Ready For Tonight :D."

This time, the video found it's way to Dr. Carole Lieberman, a psychiatrist who has never met Amanda, but probably should. Dr. Lieberman, who also wrote Bad Girls: Why Men Love Them & How Good Girls Can Learn Their Secrets, was concerned for Bynes' erratic behavior.

"Amanda seems to be making faces at, and talking to, some unseen person. And, although it's possible that there is actually a person off-camera, it seems more likely that she is having an auditory or visual hallucination."

Lieberman compared Amanda's behavior to "someone who is psychotic" and would recommend the former All That funny girl to seek immediate help.

The low-resolution Twitter clip [above] shows Bynes decked out with obvious blonde hair extensions, extremely heavy makeup and tacky pink lipstick. Both cheeks are pierced with the same two studs she revealed via Twitter months ago.

Bynes, who recently turned 27 [on April 3], assures online haters, and concerned parties there's nothing wrong with her mental health and is in fact in the process of launching her own fashion line.
