Whatever happened to that adorable little girl that did the "Ask Ashley" skits on All That? The Amanda Bynes that starred in movies and provided young girls wit a funny, independent female role model?

She was swallowed by the fame monster.

Amanda Bynes is in the news again for allegedly tweeting offensive messages to Barbadian singer Rihanna Sunday, May 26. The tweets insensitively referenced Rihanna's dysfunctional relationship with Chris Brown.

"No one wants to be your lover so you call everyone and their mother that I almost named my new dog Rihanna," was Bynes' first tweet.

I'm not really sure what it means either, but it seems like Bynes intended it as an insult.

Amanda Bynes followed with a second tweet: "Chris brown beat you because you're not pretty enough."

Ok, well that one 's pretty straightforward.

Bynes saved her most poetic line for last adding, "you look so ugly tryin to be white."

After two days of backlash, even a response from Rihanna, Bynes claims the tweets were "mocked up" by haters and claims her and Rihanna are on good terms. Planning on kicking off her music career, Bynes even says the two will work on a song together.

"[I] saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my mentions. I'm followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them! Rihanna and I met and I'm sure we'll be in a music video together one day!"
