Real Madrid vs Almeria Live Stream, Game Preview: How to Watch La Liga Football Online

A battle of two teams on opposite ends of the La Liga spectrum is set on Wednesday, April 29 when Real Madrid host Almeria at the Bernabeu. The Los Blancos are still two points behind Liga leaders Barcelona, who could be five points ahead by kick-off time coming off their Tuesday game against Getafe. Almeria, meanwhile are still in the relegation zone, with as many as seven teams trying to fight off relegation.

While they are favored to advance to the Champions League final, Real are facing a tougher task in trying to prevent Barca from reclaiming the La Liga title. They are running out of games, and even though they have been on quite a roll as of late, winning the league title would not be entirely in their hands.

Against Almeria Real will still be without Luka Modric, Gareth bale, and Karim Benzema due to injuries. They will also have to get the full three points without Dani Carvajal, and Sergio Ramos, who both got booked late in their match against Celta. Cristiano Ronaldo will also have to be careful against Almeria, with a booking threatening to keep him out of their clash with Sevilla.

On the other side, Almeria will be missing the services of Theivy Bifouma and Wellington Silva, who are both suspended, but have the good fortune of getting back Sebastian Dubarbier from his ban.

The only thing that could foreseeably make this a close fight would be Real Madrid's adjustment to losing key players, but they have won their last five matches after losing to Barcelona. During that stretch, the Los Blancos have scored 21 times, while only giving up four. They should be gearing up for tougher fixtures, with Sevilla and Valencia lined up in back to back matches.

The match is scheduled to kick-off Wednesday at 2:00 pm ET, can catch the action online via live stream here.
