ABC has released a trailer that gives a sneak peek into the next episode of Season 2 of the popular TV series, "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,' called "One of Us.'

In the trailer, Kyle MacLachlan, who plays Calvin Zabo, is seen chatting up to the security guard at a facility center as Karla Faye, the new character in the series, walks around and puts an end to the guard's life by slitting his throat. Wendell and Francis take the security system out and help everyone get inside.

In the episode, Cal seeks revenge on Coulson by getting together a team of supervillains to bring about the end of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Further in the season, Skye will be seen facing troubles of her as she is seen trying to control her new abilities. Besides, Mack is very angry that Skye didn't reveal her new powers sooner.

According to Variety, the upcoming episodes will introduce the character of Melina May's ex-hubby, Dr. Andrew Garner, played by Blair Underwood. The other new characters that may surface are the Screamer, which is expected to play by Jeff Daniel Phillips, and Karla Faye Gideon, played by Drea De Matteo.

Later in the series, the character of Sif, the Asgardian and one of Thor's closest allies is brought to the forefront. The last time she appeared on the show was in season one in the episode, "Yes Man.' Apart from Sif, the current episode also introduces another guest star, Eddie McClintock as Vin-Tak. However, the subsequent episodes beg the question about Mack and Bob and what are they up to?

Other guest stars on the show include, Henry Simmons as Alphonso "Mack" Mackenzie, Lucy Lawless as Isabelle Hartley, Edward James Olmos as Robert Gonzales, Jamie Harris as Gordon, Christine Adams as Agent Weaver and Kirk Acevedo as Agent Calderon.
