Fans of 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' will be delighted to see double agent Grant Ward, portrayed by Brett Dalton, returning in Season 2 Episode 14 of the show titled 'Love in the Time of Hydra.' Although he will be having Agent 33, portrayed by Ming-Na Wen/Maya Stojan, by his side, the partnership will always not mean strictly business.

IB Times reports that in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Wen said, "Agent 33 absolutely sees him as her king, really." She went on to add, "This is the person that will protect her and save her from her former situation and she develops feelings for him, you know, because he's really good looking."

However, it is unlikely that Ward will be ready to move on from Skye, portrayed by Chloe Bennet and, hence, it appears that he may possibly not return the romantic feelings of Agent 33. Elucidating on this, Wen said, "He takes on the paternal role in some ways and the leader in some ways, which is completely not what May would see Ward as, especially now that he's Hydra."

According to the report, it is very common for Wen to portray a love story with Dalton. In fact, she was getting intimate with Ward nearly throughout all of Season 1 as Melinda May. Nevertheless, it is unlikely that Agent 33 will be wearing May's face for much longer. It may be recalled that a mask of May's face was stuck to Agent 33's face earlier in Season 2.

According to earlier reports, Maya Stojan is cast in the role of May in 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Season 2, Episode 14. The official synopsis of the episode suggests that the duo will "embark on a personal mission." In other words, Ward will possibly find some way for out for his new partner to get back her face.

However, it is still not clear as to what they are precisely up to. In the upcoming episode of the show, fans will find out what they have been actually doing since they teamed up in the 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' mid-season finale. Talking to Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Jeff Bell said, "Agent 33 was initially a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent before Hydra took her and destroyed her," adding, "So that's all there. And a big part of the story in episode 14 is about these two."
