In a recent interview with TV Line, 'Agent Carter' cast members Hayley Atwell, who portrays Peggy Carter, and James D'Arcy, who plays Edwin Jarvis in the ABC series, teased about what fans can expect when the show returns for its second season early next year. The two actors also discussed about the show's new setting and why they shifted base from New York City to Los Angeles.

IB Times reports that Atwell revealed to TV Line that the event in 'Agent Carter' Season 2 will be set six months from where the first season ended. Fans will see Peggy being asked to go to Los Aneles to join Jarvis, who, it seems, is already there when she goes to meet him.

Atwell further said that Jarvis would be in Los Angeles helping Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper) set up his own movie studio. She pointed out that the idea of Howard entering the movie business is similar to the life of Howard Hughes, whose business also included making movies.

Meanwhile, D'Arcy told the publication that the producers of 'Agent Carter' told him in the beginning that he will be joining his fellow cast member Atwell in Los Angeles in 'Agent Carter' Season 2 and that the disclosure took away some of the anticipation for him. According to D'Arcy, he was excited for his character to be in the city and was of the view that Jarvis would "not approve" of movie stars, the heat, palm trees, open-top cars and the "general laid-back attitude."

Atwell was of the view that Jarvis' presence in Los Angles and his reactions would add a "comic value" to the TV series. The actress hoped that it would be a "lot funnier" in Season 2. Atwell teased that there would be a new romantic interest in Peggy's life; while D'Arcy mentioned that there might be more than one love interest for the character.

'Agent Carter' Season 2 is expected to premiere on ABC in January 2016.
