After a U.K. tabloid claimed that the internationally renowned singer Adele and partner Simon Konecki had broken up, the "Rolling in the Deep" singer slammed the reports in her recent Twitter post saying that they are still together and wished everyone a great new year.

"Just wanted to wish everyone happy holidays & all the best for 2015! PS Simon & I are still very much together, don't believe what you readx," Adele wrote days after the first story from The Sun came out claiming a break up.

The article that broke the rumor had a shocking title that read, "Star is living apart from dad of her son".

The article from the tabloid claimed that Adele, who has a 2-year-old son with long-time boyfriend Konecki are not living together anymore. But of course, the rumors have finally been proven false.

The 26-year-old Grammy winner and her relationship with Konecki has always been swarmed with break up rumors as the two aren't very visible in the public's eye. Previously, Adele, who's known to be very private in her personal life gave a what she thought her final statement about her relationship.

"This is the first and last time I will comment on the details of my relationship with Simon," Adele wrote and added, "Contrary to reports and headlines in the press today, Simon is divorced and has been for 4 years. Everyone in our lives separately and together wish us nothing but the best, and vice versa. These are the facts. Take care and see you all in February xx."

Apparently it wasn't the last time she had to defend her relationship to the press, as this is not the first time they are being mentioned in this regard.

On a side note, Adele now has a total of 10 Grammys, a Golden Globe Award, and an Oscar (2013).
