It has been confirmed that the celebrity married couple, Leighton Meester and Adam Brody are going to have their first baby.

According to a report by the website PopSugar, Leighton and Brody were seen having a gala time over the weekend in L.A., when Leighton was spotted with a baby-bump.

The couple got married secretly last year. Leighton speaking to Nylon Magazine said, "Most people I know are starting to get married. It'll be kids next. I like the grown-up stuff. I like having a house. I've got dogs."

She also added, "I started [Gossip Girl] when I was so young. And once it was over, I wanted to do things that were exciting and challenging and more me - more my adult taste."

Right after her marriage, speaking to The View, Leighton said, "I always want to work with people that I like and love and people that I'm friends with. It's nice to mix business with pleasure."

The couple has starred in the movie, "Life Partners' along with Gillian Jacobs. Talking about the on-screen romance between Brody and Jacobs, she said, "I think, if anything, I think that they pulled it off really well. I think it's good to have that kind of history, and if that makes it awkward, it works because it's kind of awkward kissing people for the first time. But I think that it didn't look awkward, so I don't know. They look in love."
