2015 CMA Awards News: Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley to Host Awards Ceremony for Ninth Time [VIDEO]

Although three months are to go before the 2015 Country Music Association Awards, the network has already named the co-hosts for the eagerly waited awards show much before revealing the names of the nominees and performers.

Quoting a report in E! Online, IB Times states that the network has named Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley co-hosts of the show this year during the 'CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock' on special on ABC on Tuesday. The network also aired a clip of 32-year-old Underwood, and 42-year-old Paisley's best hosting moments following the announcement. However, this will not be the first time that Underwood and Paisley will be appearing alongside one another at an awards show. In fact, it's not even the first time they've hosted the CMA Awards.

According to the report, Underwood as well as Paisley has an impressive history with the CMA Awards. They have not only hosted it a whopping eight times, but both have also taken home several awards of their own in various categories over the years. Rolling Stone reported that Underwood has won Female Vocalist of the Year three times, Single of the Year once and the Horizon Award. Similarly, Paisley has 14 CMA's under his belt winning in categories like Vocal Event of the Year, Music Video of the Year, and Album of the Year.

Although Underwood and Paisley have had several memorable moments all through their years as CMA Awards co-hosts, none was more memorable compared to the one from the 2014 show. Soon after starting their hilarious monologue, Underwood was seen whispering something in Paisley's ear on stage.

The 2015 CMA Awards are scheduled to air live from Nashville, Tennessee, at 8 p.m. on Nov. 4. The names of the nominees and performers are likely to be announced as the show's air date gets closer.
