20-Year-Old Koryn Hawthone's Debut Album 'Unstoppable' Debuts At No. 1 On Gospel Charts
20-year-old gospel artist Koryn Hawthorne's debut full-length solo album, Unstoppable, which released on July 13, has sparked a string of No. 1s on the recent gospel charts. The album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Gospel Album chart and garnered over 1.2 million streams in the first week of its release.
The album's hit single, "Won't He Do It," continues its stronghold on the charts and at radio, claiming the top spot on Billboard's Hot Gospel Songs chart, Billboard's Gospel Digital Song Sales chart, Billboard's Gospel Airplay chart, and the MediaBase Gospel chart. "Won't He Do It" has been on Billboard's Hot Gospel Songs chart at No. 1 for 19 weeks overall. As if that was not enough, the hit song has been No. 1 on Billboard's Gospel Digital Song Sales chart for twelve weeks overall, No. 1 for eleven weeks overall on Billboard's Gospel Airplay chart and the MediaBase Gospel chart, and counts over 17.7 million streams to date.
Another single from Unstoppable, "Speak the Name (feat. Natalie Grant)" has also broken into Billboard's Gospel Digital Song Sales chart, debuting at No. 3. With a total of ten tracks, including, "Down Goes Rome," the title track "Unstoppable," "You Still Love Me," and "Bless Up," the project showcases Hawthorne's versatility and lush alto, conveying the young, two-time Stellar Award nominated artist's purpose and vision to share and encourage listeners in their faith.

Hawthorne recently returned from touring on the "Summer Lights Tour" and is currently busy promoting her new album before resuming touring this fall. She is also scheduled to make a guest appearance on the third season of OWN's hit series, Greenleaf, in September.
