The oldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar from "19 Kids and Counting," Josh and his wife Anna announced the gender of their fourth child this weekend.

The couple, both 26, had an ultrasound visit, and both Josh and Anna turned their heads so they wouldn't see the gender, and the technician from the show put the results in an envelope. The next day, the two sat down with their three kids: Mackynzie, 5, Michael, 3, and Marcus, 1. With cupcakes provided by TLC's "DC Cupcakes," the family took a bite out of their cupcake to reveal pink frosting in the middle. They will be welcoming another girl into their family this summer.

The couple was very excited as they realized they would now have an even number of boys and girls in their family. Anna told People Magazine in an interview that Mackynzie is already preparing to be a big sister. She recorded her voice for the baby to hear, saying that she is excited to be her sister and that she is already her best friend. Michael was upset at first he wouldn't be having another brother, but he has come to terms that he will have a little sister instead.

Josh and Anna also told People Magazine that they plan on doing a home birth. They found a midwife in DC and plan on doing it that way. DC also has a birthing center they are looking at just in case. Josh said that he is looking forward to their addition and Anna said that she is glad her morning sickness is gone and that the kids can now feel the baby move.
