Fans of '19 Kids and Counting' are excited about another season of the show, but at the same time are alarmed at the news about the youngest Duggar, Josie, and her health scare.

In a photo released by TLC, the two married couples, the Dillards and Seewalds were featured and well, a big baby bump as well! Jill Dillard's baby bump is noticeably quite big and may be ready to pop anytime now.

The mom to be remains to look fresh and blooming with Derrick, her husband on her side while holding Jill's bump. Derrick gave a big smile for the camera as well as the two newlyweds Jessa and Ben Seewald.

The Seewalds who have been rumored to be pregnant did not seem to show any sign to confirm the claims. Meanwhile, as the new season unfolds which airs on February 17, 2015, at 9 PM, several family moments are Jill and Derrick's way of surprising the family that they will be having a baby boy this coming spring.

Another interesting moment that will be featured is Jill's announcement to the family that she's pregnant and how she stole one of her mom's pregnancy tests. "Yesterday, I kind of took something, stole something," she announced to the family in the video clip released.

More babies are to be added to the big family as Josh Duggar and wife Anna are also pregnant with their fourth child. Their pregnancy journey will also be featured in the upcoming new season. However, the family also experienced some heavy challenges like their youngest, Josie, 5 who was born prematurely and had seizures at home.

"Josie seized 15 minutes before the paramedics got into the house and then kept seizing the whole way here," Jana Duggar said in the clip. In the new season, the viewers will finally found out more details about the shocking incident.
