Known as one of the nineteen children of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, and pregnant with her own child, twenty-three-year old Jill Duggar revealed her go-to background noise while working out: Rick Warren's sermons.

Jill, who is scheduled to give birth in a matter of days and is married to Derrick Dillard, shared on her Instagram account a photo of herself with a caption that she was doing her walking workout with Pastor Rick Warren's sermons playing in her earbuds. It looks as if the elder Duggar daughter likes to keep herself spiritually and physically healthy.

The Duggar family is known for their ultra-conservative views, as any fan of the show knows. TLC aired a special episode for Jill's marriage and will surely highlight the birth of her baby boy as well. Jill is one of nineteen children, and while she is open to having a big, happy, family, she is not so sure she wants as many children as her mother.

The Duggar family has their own Facebook page on which they keep fans updated about their lives. A recent post read how thrilled Jill's mother and father are about the new baby and that at this point in Jill's pregnancy, the baby stands a ninety-percent chance of survival should he be born right now.

On another positive note, Jill and Derrick recently celebrated two-hundred days of being an official, married couple. The occasion also prompted an Instagram update: a photo of the couple on their wedding day, accompanied by the caption sharing Jill's joy at marrying her "best friend."

TLC's hit show, '19 Kids and Counting' will return to television in February and is expected to detail Jill's pregnancy.
