"19 Kids and Counting" star Jill Duggar is rumored to be pregnant with a second child after posting an Easter Sunday family photo on social media.

Duggar, along with husband Derick Dillard and son Israel David depicts a happy family in a recent Instagram photo. However, some of her followers started to comment on Duggar's belly by saying that she looks pregnant.

The wife looks like she is wearing a maternity shirt, in which we cannot determine because the photo is cropped to her midsection, where the baby bump is supposed to be. "I hope you are pregnant!!! I would Love to see how this turns out!!!!" IG user molly36789 wrote.

While others noticed Dillard's look, some are worried for the baby's health because the family is currently residing in El Salvador, where the Zika virus has recently found. According to Design 'N Trend, Duggar and her alleged unborn baby might be affected by the epidemic virus.

The website also wrote that the "19 Kids and Counting" couple had allegedly encountered some problems while taking care of Israel David so another pregnancy might bring them to a more complicated situation. The couple is yet to address the pregnancy rumors soon.
