Time and time again they relay exciting updates about the popular show and its current course of action. Using the clues provided through deliberation about the photos, the following spoilers about the upcoming Season 5 can be deduced.

Medical attention is the first thing to come to mind when considering any hospital type setting in a production. This stands as the most obvious prediction, some can pin this as evidence for the looming rumor that a major character's demise is at hand. Possibly, meaning that the escape from Terminus was not without causalities, and the aforementioned character will seek refuge at the abandoned medical facility.

Other speculation results in the concept that the old hospital will be used as an Army Base and a center for their operations.
