'No Man's Sky' Release Date Update: Game Features Great Diversity; Compatible With VR Headsets?

In line with its release in the second quarter of 2016, it has been revealed that the hit game "No Man's Sky" is set to feature in-game diversity and accessibility in the upcoming VR headsets.

Hello Games' survival video game "No Man's Sky" is set to be a "full retail" game, along with rumors that it will be released for over $60. As per Lazy Gamer, a previous Amazon pre-order for the game showed that "No Man's Sky" would be priced at $60, which could be viewed as high for gamers' pockets and lead them away from buying the game.

In his interview with IGN, Hello Games founder and "No Man's Sky" developer Sean Murray voiced his thoughts about how diverse the upcoming game is. He said that the game featured a variety of stars, adding that some of them were super rare and offered distinct opportunities to players.

Murray also mentioned that through the Galactic Map, players would be able to have a glimpse on various star sizes, types, colors, and formations, which he described as "interesting."

In July 2015, Murray also told Games Radar that they were thinking about Morpheus and Oculus, adding that there was something cooler and sci-fi than VR and a big procedural universe, which indicates that "No Man's Sky" will be available on VR headsets.

Set in an infinite procedurally generated galaxy, "No Man's Sky" allows players to explore an open universe, which encompasses more than 18 quintillion planets that serve as cradles to their own living creatures.

Developed and published by Hello Games, "No Man's Sky" is set to be launched in June this year.
