Atlanta-based rock band, Third Day, received plaques after their track "Soul on Fire" was named the No. 1 Christian Airplay Song of the Year after dominating the radio for 11 straight weeks.

The song was recognized by Billboard's Christian Overall National Audience yearend chart, as well as iTunes' editorial team.

Band members Mac Powell, Mark Lee and David Carr are definitely standing on cloud 9 after the recent recognition. Aside from that, Third Day also has a cameo on the Christian movie starring Jennifer Garner, titled "Miracles from Heaven," where they perform "Soul on Fire" and "Your Words."

Third Day is just about finished with its "Lead Us Back" tour dates, which started on Mar. 10 in Omaha, NE at Ralston Arena and will culminate on Mar. 20 at Hylton Memorial Chapel in Woodbridge in Washington, DC.

On Mar. 17, the band will play at Hobart Arena in Troy, Ohio; then at Freedom Hall Civic Center in Johnson City, TN; then followed by a performance at Wicomico Civic Center in Salisbury, MD.

Fans can also watch Third Day live and listen to them perform "Soul on Fire" when the band embarks on another tour, this time with Steven Curtis Chapman.
