'Spider-Man' News: 'Ant-Man' Actors Provide Advice for New MCU SuperHero

British actor Tom Holland has recently received the great honor of playing Marvel's most coveted superhero, Spider-Man, and needless to say he's most likely under a whole lot of pressure.

He'll be playing the third iteration of the character in less than a decade, and according to Kevin Feige in a recent interview, he'll now have the help of the Avengers to bolster his character, but fans are still asking themselves if that will be enough.

Thanks to a recent IGN interview with the cast of 'Ant-Man,' we at least know that the actor won't be alone and will have a lot of support in his transition.

The actors were asked to give advice to Holland on how to effectively transition himself well into the MCU. Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, and more extended their thoughts to the young actor.

"The one person I did talk to before I started shooting this was Chris Pratt," Rudd explained. "Pratt said, 'It's amazing and go with it. They, Marvel, love to take chances. Creatively they take chances. They know what they are doing and just get ready for a ride because, it's a ride!' He had just finished it [Guardians of the Galaxy]. And the other thing he said, 'The nuttiest part is when you see the movie you're really gonna get to see what it looks like.' Because when you're shooting it I didn't know what it will look like. So, that aspect is really cool."

Lilly suggested the actor show up at Comic-Con incognito to really get a sense of his fans, while Michael Douglas seemed to have full trust in the studio to represent the character effectively.
