'ReCore' News, Release Date: Trailer Reveals Joule And A Message From An Important Person To Her [WATCH]

Amature Studio and Microsoft Studio have released the launch trailer for "ReCore" and it sees a message from one of the most important people to the main character.

The trailer opens with a mechanical fortress, which used to be a huge tank. From it, Joule and he robot dog companion appears. Succeeding sequences present a voice over from a man telling her that he did not have time to explain but things had not gone like they had planned.

More sequences shows what players can expect from the game, such as robot villains, futuristic technological innovations, the game's snowy set-up, three posters depicting what potentially happened in the past, a robot skeleton.

The man continues to explain that he had left her with the few things to hold on to, along with a robot dog, a four legged robot, and bipedal humanoid robot. He also mentioned three values - loyalty, as one does not have to watch his back with friend always has it; illicitness, be the one who finds, never the one who is found; and brute force, as sometimes, the safest path is the destructive one.

The man also said that it would not be easy, adding that if Joule remembered such lessons, she would survive. He added that if anyone could, it was her. The video concluded with the man revealing himself as Joule's father.

Just like other game trailers, it is assumed that "ReCore's" launch trailer is also cinematic in nature, as evidenced by a blend of its dynamic and high-quality visuals and sounds.

As per VG247, "ReCore" players will assume the role of one of the remaining humans on a robot-inhabited planet. According to the publication, these robots are either friendly or evil and each has their own set of abilities.

"ReCore" is set to be released for the Xbox One and Microsoft Windows on Sept. 13 in Australia and North America, Sept. 15 in Japan, and Sept. 16 in Europe.
