Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire News: Trailer Hints Two Additional Mega Evolutions
Nintendo has finally released the latest trailer for the 'Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire' games, and fans have already begun examining the footage to discover clues. As the trailer suggests, there is a possibility that the team leaders of Team Magma and Team Aqua will be able to Mega Evolve their individual Pokemon.
Mega Sharpedo and Mega Camerupt are the Mega Evolutions expected for the rival teams. A report by iDigital Times says that a number of clues point to the possibility. In fact, the appearance of the two team leaders, Maxie and Archie has been modified and now the former sports a pair of glasses, while latter has a necklace. Some fans speculate that these new accessories are somehow connected to mega stones.
A user on Reddit, transcribed the dialogue from the 'Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire' trailer, wherein Archie reportedly informs the player's character that his Pokemon is not the sole creature that has the ability to Mega Evolve.
In the original 'Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire', Sharpedo and the Camerupt are the trademark Pokemon of Archie and Maxie respectively, and this is a probable clue to find out which precise Pokemon can actually Mega Evolve in 'Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire'.
