'Grand Theft Auto 6' Release Date, Rumors: Rockstar Team Features Whole U.S Into Game's Map? [Trailer]

While the launch of "Grand Theft Auto 6"  is expected sometime between 2018-2020, as early as now, there are already rumors swirling around about the action-adventure video game.

According to according to N4BB (via Gamerize), the reason why "GTA 6" won't be released any time sooner is because the game's developer is still busy in preparing "Red Dead Redemption 2," which was reported to be gearing up for an official announcement at E3.

It was rumored that the next Grand Theft Auto installment will showcase a bigger map and also natural calamities such as earthquakes, storms and other extreme weather conditions.

The Rockstar team is planning to feature the whole U.S. into the game's map. Right now, the game's fictional map called "Los Santos" is only based on the Los Angeles area. Most recently, GTA V featured the outskirts of Blaine County into the game.

There are also speculations that actor Ryan Gosling will be the voice of a certain character in the game and there might also be a female protagonist for the first time and it might be voiced by Eva Mendes.

The game's expanded map is expected to be the GTA series' largest map. It might involve multiple maps for the characters to explore.

Rockstar has not given out any confirmation on any rumors so far. Grand Theft Auto is one of the most successful video game franchise ever. It has a review score of 97 from Metacritic and (GTA V) got 9 out of 10 from Game Spot.
