Acclaimed Christian pop duo for KING & COUNTRY on Thursday announced the release of their upcoming studio album, Burn The Ships, releasing on Oct. 5, with pre-orders available now. Accompanying the announcement, the two-time Grammy Award-winners also released the incredible new single and music video, "pioneers."

Leading up to the release of Burn The Ships, the two brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone say they are going to release one new song per month. First out is "pioneers," the album's soul-searching closing song which features additional vocal performances by Joel and Luke's respective wives, Moriah and Courtney.

The album's lead single "joy." has already enjoyed great success, marking the group's first-ever appearance on Billboard's all-genre Digital Song Sales chart, as well as having been streamed digitally over four million times and with the song's music video already garnering over two million views following its release last month. 

Talking about their latest music video, the duo shares, "Last month we had the chance to shoot a music video with our wives Moriah and Courtney for our new song, 'pioneers,' in the rugged and picturesque land of Iceland. With the both lush and volcanic backdrop, it so well portrayed what it means to carry on as married couples."

"If 'joy.' is the cow-bell-laced, make-you-wanna-salsa-dance opening track, then our new song 'pioneers' is the heartfelt emotional and romantic finale of our upcoming album," the group says.
