'Dancing with the Stars' pro Karina Smirnoff is now reportedly engaged to her on-off boyfriend Jason Adelman after he popped the question during the weekend in front of Smirnoff's family and friends, according to a report by Star Magazine. The couple was then seen celebrating their engagement on the dance floor.

Reports have also said that Adelman presented Smirnoff with a five-carat Martin Katz ring last January 15th, according to E! online.

However, this is not Smirnoff's first engagement as she was previously engaged to fellow dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy in 2009 and Major League Baseball Pitcher Brad Penny in 2011. She was also reported to have dated her partner in DWTS third season, Mario Lopez back in 2006.

She shared with Hudson Mod in April 2013 that she still believes in love despite her extensive dating history. She also added, "The whole wedding scenario isn't necessarily a must for me anymore - though I would love a wedding - but having someone special in my life is all I require. And kids."

Amidst the engagement news, Smirnoff is also currently preparing to release her debut book, "We're Just Not That Into You: Dating Disasters from the Trenches" with her best friend and manager Lindsay Rielly. In the book, Smirnoff and Rielly share their dates with A-listers as well as regular guys. They also narrate other wild antics of potential suitors in the book.

On that note, the Ukraininan dancer is set to release her first book on February 10.
