Jill Duggar, the fourth out of the 19 Duggar children from TLC's aptly named reality show, '19 Kids and Counting', is currently twelve weeks pregnant with husband Derick Dillard.

The couple, who married on June 21, which is also the same day they had their first kiss, will be expecting their first child sometime around March or April of next year.

The 23-year old Duggar and her 25-year-old husband have been very much excited about the arrival of their firstborn, who they lovingly call 'Baby Dilly'. Dillard recently posted a photo of him and his wife on his official Instagram account where he is seen picking out items for Baby Dilly's gift registry.

Also, Duggar posted a photo of herself and her husband on her own Instagram account, where she asked for cloth diaper suggestions as she and Dillard appear to have been picking them out online for their first child.

The couple had reportedly been busy doing multiple registries for their little one, including one on Amazon. According to reports, the future parents have so far registered a vintage floral-printed bedding set for Baby Dilly's crib, a portable video surveillance system, some pacifiers, and an Arkansas Razorbacks bib.

Meanwhile, Jill's little sister, Jessa, is set to walk down the aisle on November 1st with her fiancé Ben Seewald. The 21-year-old Duggar daughter's fiancé had just recently moved in with the family, at a guesthouse located right across the Duggar parents' house in the family compound.

The recently engaged couple is still required to have a chaperone with them at all times, although they recently upgraded their usual side hugging to hand-holding.
